How many sessions will I need?
 

As few or as many as you would like. Typically working together for 3-6 months can help create lasting change. Some clients benefit hugely from ongoing support whether it's weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even quarterly. because as life evolves, new issues arise and discussing it with a coach you have built a relationship with can help you navigate through effectively. feel supported 

It can also be useful to have a one-off session to work on a particular issue.

What are your fees?

Individuals: I charge £45 per session (1 hour) and £40 for block bookings of 6 (£240). Packages include email support.

Couples: I charge £50 per session (1 hour and 15 minutes) and £45 for block bookings of 6 (£270). Packages include email support.

Group bookings: Have a few people you'd like to round up? I can coach up to 4 people at £20 each for a 1 hour 30 minute session.

Where do the sessions take place?

At my consulting room in Hendon, North-West London, at a mutually convenient place, or I can travel to you if you are fairly local.

I often coach my clients via telephone, Skype or Facetime. This helps you fit sessions in more easily (during your lunch break for example). It's also a great option for long-distance coaching.
